Trialling New CE5 CE5 Site
SYNOPSIS
- Event: 18th CE5 Session – South Australia
- When Occurred: Evening/Night of Friday 1-Feb-2019. Commence 6:30 PM. Then at 8:55 PM at the CE5 Site.
- Where: At Cove Tavern. Hallett Cove. Then at Hallett Cove Beach Surf Life Saving Club Carpark
- Attendees: with PC, WB, and CG. Apologies by RB. MD Regrets.
- Circumstances/Synchronicities: Multiple ‘Sightings’; 15+. Many likely to be normal aircraft, and likely satellite over-passes. However, there were also 3+ specific Very High Quality (“VHQ”) experiences for the attendees. These 3 VHQ’s seemed to have non-local (“otherworldly”) and ‘altered consciousness’ features. They were highly charged experiences. See below
- Qualities of the night: Weather. Quite Perfect. Infinite Visibility to Azimuth and to Very Clear viewing for night sky. Social, Informational benefits for attendees. Medium Grade Meditation opportunity due to slight wind-chill exposure on beach. Notable event: MD notifies of permanent withdrawal from the group.
DESCRIPTION OF SIGHTINGS/EVENTS
- At 9:45 PM – Group conducted Dr Greer meditation until battery ran out. ( < 15 minutes). Thereafter we played the Dr Greer App crop circle tones.
- At 10:04 PM – CG saw falling meteorite in the West (over ocean)
- At 10:21 PM – CG saw very bright magnitude 4+ Satellite arcing North to South.
- At 10:30 PM – CG saw magnitude 3 Satellite traveling West to East.
- At 11:15 PM – PC saw 5 meteorites in the east South Eastern sky approximately.
- At approximately 11:10 PM – CG started to see scintillations of red and black in the rock outcrops to the North at the base of the Hallet Cove bluff/cliff. AND were also visible in the darker rocks at the beach level to the West. CG himself was not fully convinced that these were not merely artifacts in the eye, but these ‘sparkles’, (unfortunately not visible to others members present), continued to manifest for the next half hour. CG attempted to investigate by standing up from the circle and walking slowly closer towards the northern rocks. The scintillations appeared to fade upon closer inspection. But re-appeared as CG moved BACK AGAIN to the circle and further away from the phenomenon.
- At around 11:30 PM – PC experienced what she described seeing as “a kind of otherworldly shape” appearing to the south behind CG. <more details appreciated. Shimmering?, moving?, human height?, distance?, duration?>. Viewing conditions at the time were excellent. Though dark, the beach was sufficiently well lit by starlight and ambient city lights. And it was a very clear & bright night re: weather conditions. So the Sand, Water, Beach, cliff, Water, rocks were all clearly visible and not particularly dim.
- Soon after 11:35 PM – PC also experienced a very strange effect on her Apple watch. A message spontaneously appeared thereon her device which said “I will tap you when I’m ready”. Kind of freaked everyone out.
- These strange experiences described above at 6.,7., and 8., occurred around the same time as we commenced listening to the Fibonacci Tones. And were all cumulative/contemporaneous. CG was experiencing the visual scintillations, then PC experienced the “shape”, and the Apple Watch events.
- Other sightings included
- (a) multiple blinking lights on the horizon over the sea. Suggestion was they were most likely to be buoys guiding the way into the Outer Harbor shipping channel.
- (b) multiple aircraft stacking up behind each other on the glide path to the Adelaide Airport. Appeared to our North.
- These moments/circumstances elevated the quality of the experience and created a highly charged atmosphere for the duration. These were highly extraordinary and unusual phenomena. Emotions were running high amongst the group. Confusion and excitement abounded.
PC was asked to check all apps running on her phone for possible explanation for events described in 8., above.
DISCUSSION TOPICS – At the Hotel
Some Basics
- Travel Time to Venue for one participant. Over 75 minutes by car.
- Although 18 degrees Celsius, there was still a bit of wind chill on the beach. Note to take extra warm clothing in future beach trips. Even if it is a summer night.
- Airline flights were identified using the flight tracker 24 augmented reality.
- Satellites were well identified using heavens-above app. It was stated that most fast mover satellites tend to orbit at approximately 1200 km altitude.
- Multiple stars were also identified using various StarWalk and StarTrack App tools.
- Generic acknowledgement about the new Australian Space Agency (ASA), and the possibility of jobs available there.
Lightly touched on some Exotic Conspiracy Theories
Some of the wilder conspiracy theories that you have heard of, or imagined, were raised during open discussion. E.g
- David Icke’s Hollow moon. And existence of Reptilians.
- Manipulation of politics & Alternative Media, such as Q-Anon, Alex Jones InfoWars.
- A.I. taking over the world.
- 5G Radiation, and Technotronic Dangers being introduced as soft-kill, and for Mass Mind-Control.
- PsychoTronics and Targeted Individuals. More commonplace than expected!
- e.g. Voice to skull Technologies. According to CG’s USA WhistelBlower, these technologies were perfected before 1992.
Many such theories hold more truth than most of the population can stand to believe. Cognitive dissonance forces people to reject unpalatable truths that cut too close to the bone.
For example: In relation to the recent Alex Jones InfoWars banning. This occurred through all the supposedly independently managed / owned media companies Twitter, Facebook, MSM, Google, Youtube, Vimeo. And these social media companies ALL triggered their bans Simultaneously! / Same Day! How does that happen if they are not in collusion?
Funnily enough, however, many of these ideas and theories are actually worth researching. Not only for their own sake, but also because they hold valuable insights into HOW segments of the population think. And also how Dis-Information agents can manipulate the population.

Cold Reality. And Methods to Overcome the Control Matrix
- The Deep State has fooled everyone into paranoia/insecurity nowadays.
- Although the reality of government controls and laws IS catching up. It’s still a race. The Deep State is panicking. So they have been doubling-down on their efforts. For the few who are awake, understanding the big picture will clearly reveal the techniques used by the Deep State, and how it preys upon various human frailties.
- Everything is fair game to the Deep State. Natural Human biological impulses. And the natural psychological proclivities / fears / habits of specific individuals. The fact of natural Innocent human curiosity. The human need for approval or companionship. And natural polarities in human groups such as Young vs. Old, Male vs. Female, are trolled, manipulated, and even weaponized.
Different E.T. Groups
- Of UFO sightings in CE5 Groups, attendees are only likely to possibly see 1-2% of all objects as actual celestial and ET initiated craft or sightings. Much depends on being in the right meditative frame of mind.
- Therefore 98% of any craft we see a man-made. Most likely, produced in Unacknowledged Special Access Projects
- There are, according to Dr. Greer See: YouTube: “Steven Greer ET Types” and many other pundits including Emery Smith, Corey Goode, Laura Eisenhower, David Icke, Edge of Wonder with David Wilcock (See: YouTube: “Edge of Wonder – Ultimate Guide to #Alien Races [Vol.1 +Vol 2]” ) Multiple different types of alien species. Including mantids and cetaceans etc.
- Note: The Alien Hoax Threat agenda of the Military-Industrial-Complex (“MIC”), submitted by Dr. Greer in his UNACKNOWLEDGED documentary. is that the MIC continue to disseminate Misinformation (re-directing of public attention) and Dis-information (essentially deception & lies) to satisfy the selling and proliferation of munitions by staging a huge & spectacular by means of Project BlueBeam, and via covert technologies of Holographic Stage-Craft.
Administrative Issues Raised
- Future sessions to be set in approximately 4 to 5 weeks
- Admin meetings can be continued using Discord. Some members including WB may need assistance with setup and digital invitation to tools such as Discord.
- Suggestions proffered included that the group should now begin building numbers via open invitations on the Blog, or on Social Media tools.
- To avoid problems like the misfiring and disorganisation caused by todays event with last-minute pull-out by MD, the Group concluded that the Rules of Conduct for the Group must be adhered to. Not just in spirit. But as a means of maintaining the discipline, order and integrity of the group.
- PC was also asked to provide Links to the Dr Greer document that sets out the different stages of evolution / development as a ce5 member. These Rules are to be published, and signed by all newbies seeking membership. Greer’s will be our template for the time being.
- Rules of Conduct/Ethics. These are not just followed as lip service. All members must abide by the concept of NOT allowing pride or prejudice to rule their actions and decisions. A copy of the rules to be given by all members to the Group’s Rules of Conduct, and must be studied as part of the Application Process.
Summary & Conclusion
